Our first contact with them was to perform a server migration where we had already been told by another supplier that an extended period without service would be required which was unacceptable. Upon speaking to Simblox we were immediately impressed by the professionalism and level of technical and business understanding demonstrated. They performed an upgrade of the server out of hours and the system was fully operational and ready for the next day with little or no business disruption on what was a major system upgrade.
We have used Simblox ever since to provide all our IT support and find them just as responsive and attentive now that we have grown to have offices in four countries and over one hundred PC’s and laptops as they were when we just had two offices and far less hardware.
We also find that their fixed price per system service is cost effective and allows us to budget our IT service easily.
