Simblox was established in 2005 with the sole purpose of bringing enterprise quality IT support to small and medium sized businesses.
Knowing how to deliver professional IT support its founders realised that there was a gap in the market to provide the same quality and discipline required for enterprise environment’s to the SME market.
Simplicity has always been core to our service and the company name comes from the idea that computer systems should be seen as SIMple BLack bOXes by the people who use them and when problems are encountered call us to fix them.
Within the market it was clear that many of our competitors charge a premium rate for their services and thus dissuading smaller customers from engaging with them and resulting in a number of companies either having no IT support or the very minimum.
By operating efficiently we can maintain a much lower hourly rate and by providing fixed price support attract customers who would not normally think they could afford IT services.
As we grow we plan to change the market forever and ensure that service delivery and quality generate revenue rather than fire fighting and problem solving.
